Cocoa Butter Lip Balm
£3.50
This delicately cocoa-scented lip balm is my second offering of lip balms; one which will keep your lips soft and moisturised through this coming autumn….
Four carefully chosen oils, butters and waxes go into this 100% natural recipe, all chosen for their skin protecting properties.
Apricot Oil is a very mild and gentle oil, and is suitable for all types of skin types, especially dry skin due to its emollient, nourishing and revitalising properties. Suitable for use on sensitive skin and can be used when treating inflamed skin. Due to the polyphenols content, it supports the protective barrier of the skin, improves skin elasticity and tone.
Cocoa Butter is great for healing dry, chapped lips. The fatty acids and Vitamin E in cocoa butter help form a protective barrier, preventing lips from drying out.
Beeswax: Pure Beeswax forms an excellent barrier cream, acts as an antiseptic and contains a large amount of vitamin A which is required for skin development.
Castor Oil: High in ricinoleic acid with a high viscosity, this oil acts as a humectant by attracting and holding moisture to the skin.
Comes in a handy aluminium tin, which is recyclable/re-usable.

Elizabeth Ross –
This is my new go to lip balm. I like something that lasts on my lips and is highly moisturising as I work outside a lot. This has a very mild natural scent of the cocoa butter and it is dreamy to apply. It has a firmer consistency than the bees wax products I usually use so I expect this small pot will last me quite a while. It provided quite a nice gloss finish over lipstick. My tip if using it as a gloss would make sure the lipstick is fully dry before applying. I just need one for every coat and bag now!
